All orders are processed in our office within 1-2 business days. Regular shipping may take 5-7 days to most South India locations. However, We take 3-4 days in North India.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Click on the tracking link provided in your email confirmation.
Note: Orders cannot be canceled or altered after 12 hours. Packed/shipped orders must go through the return process.
Handmade products may have slight natural variations in texture, color, or size — this is not a defect.
Return Process
Initiate return within 7 days for damaged, incorrect, or defective items by emailing contact@sharmahomedecor.com.
Send two images — one close-up of the damage, one of the full product.
Return request will be reviewed in 2–3 days. Pickup arranged in 2–3 working days. Refunds initiated within 2–3 days of quality check at warehouse.
Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Note: Products must be unused and returned in original condition with tags, invoice, barcodes, etc. You will need to print 3 documents for the pickup process.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 2–3 days after return verification.
Refunds can be issued as Store Credits — these do not expire and can be used anytime without limitations.
