Delivery

We normally dispatch all our orders within 24–48 hours of receiving the order.

Orders are shipped via Delivery, Ecom Express, DTDC, Trackon, and XpressBees.

Free shipping is available on all products listed on our website.

Each shipment includes a tracking number.

We make efforts to ship during holidays but cannot guarantee deliveries on public holidays.

Please plan your orders in advance to avoid delays.

Returns

We have a flexible, customer-friendly return policy. Replacements are accepted in the following cases:

• Wrong product delivered
• Manufacturing or quality defect
• Product received in damaged condition
• Design mismatch or not as expected

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Breakages

Please retain the original packaging with foam and cushioning for reference and safe return shipping.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel, email us within 24 hours at contact@sharmahomedecor.com or call +91 8368994983.

Note: Orders cannot be canceled or altered after 12 hours. Packed/shipped orders must go through the return process.

Handmade products may have slight natural variations in texture, color, or size — this is not a defect.

Return Process

1. Initiate return within 7 days for damaged, incorrect, or defective items by emailing contact@sharmahomedecor.com.
2. Send two images — one close-up of the damage, one of the full product.
3. Return request will be reviewed in 2–3 days. Pickup arranged in 2–3 working days. Refunds initiated within 2–3 days of quality check at warehouse.
4. Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Note: Products must be unused and returned in original condition with tags, invoice, barcodes, etc. You will need to print 3 documents for the pickup process.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 2–3 days after return verification.

Refunds can be issued as Store Credits — these do not expire and can be used anytime without limitations.
